School Programmes
Our school programmes offer a range of ways to get more children and young people engaged in physical activity. We offer accessible lunch time and after school clubs, as well as targeted interventions for those on the SEND register. Also, enhance your PE curriculum with functional fitness learning.
Targeted Interventions
Our targeted interventions provide opportunities to support children and young people on the SEND register to make progress towards the outcomes on their IEP or EHCP. Our programmes are all unique and tailored to the needs of each individual or small group, focusing on one or more target areas for each block of six sessions.
All our programmes are also designed to incorporate executive function skills, such as working memory and problem solving, whilst ensuring sessions are fun and engaging. Where relevant, the coach can tailor their programme to support progress towards outcomes in an EHCP across all four broads areas of SEND.
Sessions include a range of functional fitness exercises focusing on areas such as:
Problem solving and decision making
Focus and attention
Gross or fine motor skills
Balance and coordination
Proprioception
Social skills, teamwork, cooperation and sense of belonging
Working memory
Self-confidence and resilience

Physical Education Lessons
Enhance your pupils’ PE lessons by incorporating specialist functional fitness sessions into your school’s curriculum.
Our specialist programme has been designed to work alongside the National Curriculum with options available for KS1 to KS4. Weekly sessions can take place over a half-term or full term. The functional fitness PE lessons can be easily adapted to meet the needs of all pupils. Sessions are fun and engaging, utilising a range of body weight movements that mimic the physical challenges of everyday life, to support pupils’ overall physical health. A typical session includes a warm-up, specific skill focus (e.g. squat), workout and game. All movements can be adapted to meet the needs of every pupil, including those with reduced mobility, low muscle mass and other physical and emotional barriers to participation.
